Tommy Nouri & Ario Properties Marbella
Ario Properties Marbella is an independent real-estate advisory company on the Costa del Sol, founded and led by Tommy Nouri.
With more than 25 years of experience in Sales, construction, renovation and project management in Norway, Tommy brings a technical perspective to real estate that goes far beyond simply showing properties.
At Ario, we help clients understand what they are really buying — from location and value to construction quality, renovation needs, future costs and long-term potential.
Our approach is personal, transparent and practical. We assist with property search, viewings, negotiations, technical guidance, renovation advice and ongoing support after the purchase.
We work mainly across Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís, Estepona and surrounding areas, helping international clients make better and safer property decisions.
Our philosophy is simple:
We do not just sell properties. We help protect our clients’ investment.
We're here to take care of you
